How to log into your Paperless PTO account for the first time

1. Click “LOGIN HERE” on the left side of the page.
2. Look to the right side, you will see “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD”
3. Use your email address and it will send you a temporary password.
4. Go back to “LOGIN HERE” and log in with the same email and the temporary password.
5. Then when you log in you can change your password.
6. Make sure you are under the correct account type from the drop-down menu (I am a Parent) and the information is correct for you.
7. At this page, you have an option to exclude all of your information from the directory, exclude your email address from the directory, or exclude your street address from the directory.

*If for some reason you are not in the system, then go back to create an account.*

Directions if you need to create a new account

1. Look for the “LOGIN HERE” box on the HOME PAGE of the site.
2. Click “create your account”- complete all fields. For FAMILY NAME, we suggest that you use your CHILD’S last name.
3. Please select your account type from the drop-down box- I am a PARENT.
4. Please enter an email address that we will register your account to. This email address will become your access (username) to your account, along with a unique password.
5. Once you have created your profile, please continue to complete your profile and your STUDENT PROFILE- making sure to select the correct grade and teacher for the current school year.

***********PLEASE NOTE***********

When creating a second account for your family (if both parents want their own account) Please go to the My Profile page (found under the "my account tab") of one of the accounts and check the box that excludes all info from the directory so your child isn’t listed twice in the system.

To access the directory from the website:

By last name: Under the “my account” tab, scroll down to Oak Terrace Directory. Names are listed in alphabetical order by last name.

By class: Under the “my account” tab, scroll down to Oak Terrace Class Directory. Names are listed by homeroom teacher.

There is also an App that can be downloaded from the iTunes App store or Google Play
